This new mixed-use development recently received building permit and will be a positive addition to the neighborhood. The prominent location allowed us to design an exciting corner element that plays off the angles of the nearby mid-century buildings. With twenty residential units, including four affordable apartments, the Windsor House will have both private and public spaces. Each floor of the corner tower has a gracious lobby and community deck. The roof deck includes an outdoor dining and BBQ area that will make it easy for the building’s residents to socialize as well.
The office and two stair lobbies engage pedestrians and the street with plenty of windows and doors. We selected affordable, durable materials that also provide a high design experience. We’re excited to be making an impact by developing infill housing in an underdeveloped neighborhood!
