The residents of this new 36-unit cohousing community are creating a vibrant and inclusive community for those who want to participate in the rhythms of Jewish life, welcoming people of all backgrounds and faiths. The site, located on a prominent corner of San Pablo Avenue and Channing Way, is structured around a central garden courtyard. Units open to large balconies facing onto the courtyard. The ground floor includes a commercial space, parking with 3-tiered parking lifts, and abundant communal space that connects to both the courtyard and street. The fourth-floor rooftop features bay views along with a telescope viewing deck perfect for both professional and amateur astronomers.
