This innovative adaptive reuse project on the Center of Hope campus converts existing empty and under-utilized buildings into 23 bright, contemporary affordable housing units. The housing supports and is supported by the community church’s social services programs.
A community center opens onto a spacious courtyard along a tree-lined creek and the rec room and lounge share a common roof deck. The design takes advantage of the unique mid-century architecture of the existing buildings with lots of natural light and lofty units wrapped around a central garden court.
