Longview Apartments will provide 66 units of much needed permanent supportive housing to the Sacramento area. The site is structured around a central courtyard and community garden that creates an oasis for residents, screening them from noise from the nearby freeway. Additional amenities include a community room that opens to the garden, bike parking, dog park, computer room, flex rooms and spacious lobbies on each floor, large second-floor roof deck, as well as property management and services offices. In addition, many units include balconies or private patios overlooking the courtyard. The contemporary yet warm design is broken up into playful volumes to reduce scale.
