This San Francisco ADU was created by breaking off space from an existing condo in a multi-family building. The new 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit includes a full kitchen, living area, and private entrance. We utilized recent changes in regulations to convert the ADU into its own separate condo. The bright and airy home’s bay windows provide beautiful views of the Corona Heights neighborhood.
